About Us

BTCMinistry Academy (BTCMA) is a Christian training ministry in biblical education, pastoral counseling, and Christian coaching, founded in 2005 by Dr. Maurizio Secondi.

Maurizio Secondi (Rome, Italy, 1956) has been serving God since 1975 in evangelism, church planting, teaching and training, and pastoral ministry. He is a Counselor and Pastoral Therapist, accredited with Suomen ACC ry (Finnish Association of Christian Counselors, linked with ACC-Europe), a member of SSHT ry (Finnish Association of Pastoral Therapists), and a Life Coach accredited with the Biblical Coaching Alliance.

Mission

The mission of BTCMinistry Academy is to provide integrated and experiential biblical training that combines theological reflection, spiritual growth, and relational development to support Christian life and ministry.

Values

BTCMA offers Bible training, orientation and research in the dynamics of Christian ministry, counseling and coaching; as a service accessible to all, without age, educational or financial qualification limits.

BTCMA welcomes partnerships with other Christian institutions, aiming to equip believers for the work of ministry.

BTCMA is a faith-based ministry, looking to God to provide the necessary vision, leading, and resources.

BTCMA is committed to glorify God in serving the church, in accordance with Ephesians 4:11-12.

BTCMA intends to provide training in the dynamics of Christian ministry, as part of its commitment to fulfilling the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19; Mark 16:15).
